Members of the Australian Meteorological Association all have an interest in weather, climate and meteorology. Some are serving, or retired, employees of the Commonwealth Bureau of Meteorology, some are university lecturers, some simply have an interest in the topic. All are keen, friendly and enjoy sharing their knowledge and opinion. The Association also arranges public talks, publishes books and holds regular meetings.
